Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Digital products (e.g., downloadable planners, templates)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service at hello@toffu.co within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
