Returns & Refunds
Return Eligibility:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service at hello@toffu.co within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
